Boxercise
The focus of this personal exercise and coaching package is to see your goals gained through boxing training. Each session will consist of pad work, technique points and sport specific exercises. This is a fantastic package which really suits those who find the normal gym exercise boring and can also be an extremely effective stress management tool.
